Standard Transition Window

Convert any worker to direct hire after 90 working days — completely free. Day 46–89: 15% fee. Day 0–45: 30% fee.

    Intake & Review

    Submit your job request. We review role requirements, schedule, and pay range.

    Candidate Sourcing

    We source and screen candidates — background check completed before placement.

  3. C

    On-Site Interview

    We bring candidates to your facility. You meet them before they start.

  4. D

    Written Terms

    Support agreement finalized in writing before any personnel steps on site.

  5. E

    Deployment

    Workers start. Jibble time tracking begins. Weekly invoicing at the agreed support rate.
