    We Review Your Application

    Our team reviews your application and contacts you to discuss your skills, availability, and preferred roles.

    Onboarding Packet

    Complete your W-9 and set up Jibble before your first assignment. No W-9 + No Jibble = no payroll setup. We walk you through both.

    On-Site Interview

    For most placements, we bring you to the client site for a brief on-site interview before you start.

  5. 5

    Work & Get Paid

    Clock in with Jibble. Your confirmed hours are paid weekly. First check the Friday after your first work week.

Independent Contractor Notice

Workers placed through RIO are engaged as 1099 independent contractors. You are responsible for your own federal and state taxes, transportation, and business-related expenses. RIO does not withhold taxes or issue W-2s. A completed W-9 is required before any assignment begins.
