3. Employment Relationship
Submission of an application through this site does not create an employment relationship. Placement through Republic Industrial Operations is subject to successful completion of our screening and onboarding process, including background screening.
4. Employer Client Services
Staffing services for employer clients are governed by a separate Master Staffing Services Agreement. Submission of a quote request through this site does not constitute a binding contract. All staffing arrangements are subject to execution of a written agreement between Republic Industrial Operations and the employer client.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Republic Industrial Operations does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
Republic Industrial Operations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information contained herein.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
