How the Support Agreement Works

Written terms before personnel start. RIO does not place workers before the support agreement is complete and signed. No floor hours, no labor invoice until both parties have agreed in writing.

Workers are 1099 independent contractors. Workers are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, and business expenses. You direct the day-to-day work; RIO handles sourcing, vetting, and the assignment relationship.

Time tracked via Jibble. Every worker logs hours through the Jibble time clock app. Confirmed hours are the basis for weekly invoicing — no disputes, no guesswork.

Weekly invoicing at the agreed support rate. You receive an invoice each week based on confirmed hours × support rate. No long-term commitments on support placements.

If a worker isn't the right fit, contact your RIO account manager. We replace promptly — this is why we conduct on-site interviews before placement.
