CNC Machine Operator - Mazak / Haas Mills & Lathes

Overview

Republic DFW is seeking detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to support precision manufacturing operations in Fort Worth. This position is ideal for candidates with machine shop experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn CNC production processes. Candidates may operate CNC mills, lathes, Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment depending on client need.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines including mills, lathes, or other production equipment.
• Load materials, align fixtures, check parts, and follow work instructions.
• Read basic blueprints, work orders, measurements, and production instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools as needed.
• Monitor machine operation, adjust as directed, and report quality or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow shop procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• 1+ year CNC machine operation experience preferred; trainable candidates may be considered.
• Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, mill, or lathe experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain production pace.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools or willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training is a plus.
