Industrial Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing Equipment

Overview

Republic DFW is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support equipment reliability and production operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing equipment support.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues to reduce downtime and support production.
• Repair or replace defective components, assemblies, motors, controls, and machine parts.
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation, commissioning, and routine inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service documentation.
• Work with production teams to identify issues and maintain safe work practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years industrial, plant, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with motors, VFDs, PLC systems, control panels, hydraulics, or pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, diagnostic equipment, and shop tools.
• Ability to read schematics, equipment drawings, or maintenance manuals is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and strong safety awareness.
