Sales Team Member - Manufacturing Business Development

Overview

Republic DFW is seeking motivated Sales Team Members to help grow relationships within the manufacturing and industrial market throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. This is not a factory operator role. It is a people-focused growth, communication, and business development position supporting industrial operations, recruiting coordination, client outreach, and new partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business outreach to manufacturing, fabrication, CNC, welding, warehouse, and industrial companies.
• Help identify potential clients, decision-makers, job needs, and partnership opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with business owners, managers, and shop leadership.
• Support recruiting and operations by helping connect client needs with Republic services.
• Track outreach, follow-ups, contact information, and sales activity.
• Help develop new relationships and long-term opportunities in the DFW manufacturing market.
• Represent Republic DFW with professionalism, urgency, and confidence.

Requirements

• Strong personality, communication skills, and motivation.
• Comfortable speaking with businesses and people by phone, email, and in person.
• Goal-driven, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Interest in sales, business development, recruiting, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Industrial or manufacturing familiarity is a plus but not required.
• Wants to build a career, not just work a job.
